11.5 The parties expressly waive their right to contest this marriage contract due to a lack of autonomy, coercion, undue influence, lack of will or misunderstanding. 11.1 The parties warrant that they have carefully read and understood each clause of this Marriage Agreement. This is a simpler arrangement for couples who are financially secure prior to marriage or partnership and are concerned about maintaining ownership of personal assets such as inheritances or a business, rather than financial support for one by the other. 3. EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OVER THIS AGREEMENT Both parties agree and agree that, in the event of termination of the marriage, they submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of this Marriage Agreement and irrevocably waive the right to assert claims arising out of the marriage against the estate of the other, except under this Marriage Agreement.
