Customer agrees to be bound by all communications (and consequences thereof) placed, executed or facilitated on the Websites accompanied by a valid user ID and a valid access code assigned to Customer or an authorized person. If Customer becomes aware of any technical failure or improper access to or misuse of the Sites or access codes by an authorized person or other person, Customer shall promptly notify Bank of America of such event and, as soon as possible, to the extent that improper access or use by an authorized person occurs; take immediate steps to terminate such authorized person`s access to and use of the Sites. Bank of America reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to and use of the Sites by Customer or any authorized person immediately and without notice. “Bank of America” and “BofA Securities” are the trade names used by Bank of America Corporation`s Global Banking and Global Markets businesses.
